Trip / event signup

  You cannot sign up other people from your account.  Everyone must have a separate account with a unique User ID and password. Sign up for yourself only!


Important !!! Paying by check?
If paying by check then you still must register for the trip. Select manual payment for your option.  You will receive an email confirming your registration and balance due, it will also contain payment instructions. If you don't receive an email payment confirmation with the payment instructions - then you did not register correctly for the trip!

Credit card payments- Not all trips allow for credit card payments. Important note-Those trips that do allow credit card payments will collect payment in full. Partial payments are not available if paying by credit card.

Please note that the decision to run a trip will be made prior to the trip. We must have sufficient paid registrations or the trip will not run. Paying ahead of time either via the website or by check by the required payment dates will ensure that our trips DO run!

    Sugarloaf is a club favorite and an excellent deal to boot!  Lift tickets are $48/day unless you are over 65, then $40 per day. If you want to ski on Sunday, it is $60 and $50. I usually only order 4 tickets each, so if you want to ski on Sunday, I'll need to know. I also need to know how many have passes and who is over 65. Please indicate on your registration.

    Everyone needs to be SIGNED UP by12/01/25 and FULL PAYMENT is due by 12/07/25. Payment is by check ONLY.  No PayPal or credit card payments.

    If you've been to Jay Peak, you know their reputation is well-deserved—the most snow in eastern North America and a liberal in-bounds policy that ensures you can enjoy it. 81 trails, slopes, and glades all wait for you, but the nooks and crannies are what really set Jay Peak apart.  60% novice/intermediate. 40% advanced.

    Besides epic skiing, Jay also boasts a huge water park, ice arena, extensive rec center, a Nordic center, and more. Something for everyone.

    The package includes 5 nights lodging in the Golf and Mountain 2 bedroom/2 bath cottages that we have stayed in several times, and 5 days of lift tickets. 2 people to a room.  King bed can be split into two twins. Kitchens are fully equipped. All linens provided. No single rooms at this time. If you don’t have a roommate we will try to find you one. Daily waterpark passes can be purchased at the mountain (Approx $40). Complimentary shuttles will carry you anyplace on the property. 

    Price $625 per person. There is not a no-lift option at this time.

    Croatia has the mystique of Italy but without the crowds.  The Romans and Venetians both resided here long ago, We will visit Diocletians Palace as well as three National Parks. Our ship will be the Magellan. This trip has sold out every time we have offered it.  You must be a paid club member to register for this trip. E-bikes are included in the package. Deposit of $500 per person is due within ten days of registration. Balance will be due on January 2nd, 2026.   Details at the link below.   • Alaska inside passage 7 day plus 5 day train tour

    Join us for a first for our club. We are headed to Alaska!  We will spend 7 nites on the Norwegian Cruise Lines ship "Jade" cruising up the Inside passage. Once we reach Anchorage we will trade our sea legs for land legs and a train ride up to Denali Wilderness. There we will spend a couple of nights and then work our way back toward Anchorage via Aleyska. Then you can fly home or wander the West Coast to your hearts content.  It's going to be an amazing vacation for sure! Nature at it's finest.  More info here.Alaska 2026

  • Italy Bike and Boat - Trip #1

    This trip will go from Venice to Grado (Trieste) or vice versa. Includes your meals, daily guide and cabin on board.  This is the very first trip aboard a brand new boat. The boat is all electric, including the propulsion. We will be the very first group on board.  Itinerary is expected to be: 

     1-Sat: Venice  2 - Sun: Venice  3 - Mon: San Donà  4 - Tue: Caorl  5 - Wed: Marano Lagunare    6 - Thu: Grado   7 - Fri: Grado

    Departure from Grado will be to Cervignano where you can pick up the train and either head to your departure airport or travel onwards to another part of Europe.  The Dolomites, Lakes region and Milan are all close byRegular bikes are $125 extra and E-bikes are $315 extra. 

    A deposit of $750 per person is required within 10 days of registering.  All cabins are based on double occupancy.  There will be no single cabins.  Final payment is due by May 19th, 2026. Minimum forfeiture for cancellations is $200 per person.
