LIABILITY POLICY: Participants acknowledge that there are inherent risks in skiing, snowboarding, whitewater rafting and other sports, and agree to hold harmless the Upper Cape Ski & Sport Club, it’s officers, directors, and agents from any claims whatsoever resulting from participation in any club related activity. The Upper Cape Ski & Sport Club acts solely as an agent carrying out services and assumes no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, not for faults or defaults of companies or those carrying out services; nor accidents, injuries, delays, cancellations, changes due to weather, baggage, lodging, insufficient participation or reasons beyond the control of the Upper Cape Ski & Sport Club. 

I also agree to abide by the bylaws and policies set forth by the Upper Cape Ski & Sports Club.

Minimum age for membership is 21 years of age.
